Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen Singapore

EXCITING EVENT this MARCH 2010!

In the first week of March 2010 Sifu Alan Orr was in Singapore. We had a great time, training our Wing Chun for 5 days for about 6 hours daily. Covered a lot of stuff too, mostly geared towards applications and sparring of our Wing Chun . We practiced our Chinese boxing, clinching, take downs, ground work and Qi Sao.

On Wednesday evening we had a seminar with the group and on the last 2 days we covered our Qigong program with an emphasis on muscle tendon training. It was a great week and something we wish to repeat for our students at least once a year. For more pictures of Sifu Alan's visit see our Chu Sau Lei Singapore page on Facebook.
